Hello,
Have you signed up for the Run For Education yet? Click here to Register for our Virtual Run! All proceeds will go directly to Stone Valley Middle School!
SRV Council of PTA's Special Needs Committee - The PTA Special Needs Committee fosters collaboration among parents, teachers, schools, and the community to support children with special needs. Please email Elizabeth Yuan at to go to the Special Needs Google Doc form.
Parent Volunteers - We are fortunate to be a part of such an amazing, vibrant Stone Valley community! That basically comes down to YOU - parents who care about their kids - what they are learning, how are they learning, who do they associate with, what type of person are they shaping out to be. That translates into countless hours of oversight. When it comes to time spent volunteering at your student's school, "opportunities" may seem to be less & less as your child gets older (not sure if that is the school's decision as much as the student's...). Although you may not be needed as much to help in the classroom environment at the middle school level, Stone Valley offers many, many programs that are still parent run - on campus & off. You have many "opportunities" to be involved as much or as little as you want to and/or have the time for. If you want to be involved, please visit the "Volunteers Needed" list here. and see if there is something on there that piques your interest. We have spots to fill in both our PTA and Education Fund boards, so feel free to reach out if you can spare one hour or several. We would love to have your help and company. All volunteers that come on campus must go through the BE A Mentor program to be cleared for on campus volunteering, such as lunch duties and field trips. Here is the link for more details on becoming an approved volunteer!
To be a PTA Volunteer or for questions regarding Stone Valley's PTA, please contact: Julie Adelson or Robin Clark our Co-Presidents at stonevalleypta2021@gmail.com

If you are already involved in some way - large or small - THANK YOU! Volunteering or participation in PTA activities requires a waiver that must be signed and updated each year. Please click here to sign PTA's Volunteer Waiver.
If you have not already, please join the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) to support the PTA’s mission of "making every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children."
As a PTA member, you will also have access to membership perks offered by the California State PTA and the National PTA.
